A conversion is a paid subscription purchase or in-app purchase made by a user who was referred by an influencer. Free trials don't count until the user converts to a paid plan. Refunded purchases are automatically reversed.
The 10% fee is deducted automatically from each conversion's commission. You pre-fund your escrow wallet, and commissions + fees are reserved when purchases happen. You never receive an invoice — it's all handled within the wallet system.

You deposit funds into your wallet (minimum $10 via Stripe Checkout). When an influencer's referral makes a purchase, the commission + platform fee is reserved from your wallet. On the 1st of each month, reserved funds are paid out to influencers.
InfluTo monitors your wallet balance and sends alerts when it's running low. If your balance can't cover pending commissions, campaigns are paused with a 72-hour grace period to add funds. No conversions are ever lost.
